Sinobangla Industries Ltd a 100% export oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company engaged in production of WPP & FIBC bag, is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the following vacancy at factory, 30 km from Dhaka, on Dhaka-Chittagong highway:
Incumbent shall be positioned at factory site, Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Educate & monitor factory personnel on company human resource & admin policy to ensure effective implementation in practice.
Implementation of standard work procedure in HR functions including - job design, recruitment, training & development, motivation & engagement & administrative control & retention and facilities management services.
Monitor employee absenteeism & turnover, counseling on disciplinary facts following periodic review.
Ensure on time recruitment & selection process to maintain availability of approved production headcount.
Ensure training & evaluation of new employees & trainee aligned with development, engagement & performance program for the job phase of first two years
Nurture a positive working environment, hygiene workplace; reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
Assist Factory management to ensure a performance appraisal system followed by low performers development & administrative discipline improvement periodic review in between two consecutive year end appraisal cycles.
Ensure skill metrics development for all production stuffs through cross functional coordination to drive the training plan, execution & quarterly review.
Report to management on HR metrics & KPI and ensure all documentation & practice following legal compliance & ISO.
Degree in HRM / Masters in Any Discipline.

Proven working experience of 2-3 years as HR responsible in a manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is a must.
