Sinobangla Industries Ltd a 100% export oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company engaged in production of WPP & FIBC bag, is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the following vacancy at factory, 30 km from Dhaka, on Dhaka-Chittagong highway:
Incumbent shall be positioned at factory site, Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Ensure all the company policy related to human resources & admin functions are up to date, addressed well to all factory personnel and maintained effectively.
Develop & Implement standard work procedure to promote organization values and enable business success through human resources management - including job design, recruitment, training & development, motivation & engagement, performance management & administrative control, talent management, employment cycle changes & retention and facilities management services.
Ensure availability of approved workforce at production by managing existing payroll & on time recruitment.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with trainee & new joiners' development, engagement & performance program for the job phase of first two years.
Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system followed by low performers development & administrative discipline improvement periodic review in between two consecutive year end appraisal cycles.
Ensure skill metrics development for all production stuffs through cross functional coordination to drive the training plan, execution & quarterly review.
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan aligned with business needs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal & HR compliance, ISO documentation & practice and facility cleanliness & hygiene workplace.
Degree in HRM/Masters in Any Discipline.

Age at most 40 years
Proven working experience of 5-7 years as HR manager/lead in a manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is a must.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
