Job Context

  • A well reputed IB curriculum based English medium school is looking for a competent HR and Admin Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain all kinds of records (digital and written).
  • To prepare reports and presentations with new hire information.
  • To maintain and regulate school transports.
  • To manage students admission process.
  • To manage and supervise school supports staffs.
  • To have a proper communication with all stake holders.
  • To ensure administrative policy & procedure for the smooth running of the school.
  • To fulfill other HR and Admin related responsibilities.

Education Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in relevant subjects (Masters would be preferable) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • To have sound knowledge in computer operation (MS word, Excel, Email etc.)
  • A good command in English is essential.
