To execute overall factory operations that are related to HR & Administration.
Assist Management for effective execution of administrative issues in the factory.
To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
To ensure administrative supports that are related to on time production and shipment.
To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) agencies like BGMEA, compliance auditors ,BERC, fire & civil defense department , labor office , Environment office ,local influences etc.
Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of administration & compliance.
MBA/ Masters from a reputed university in HRM.
Any other specialized post-graduate diploma degree in HR/ Compliance will be given preference
