Position Summary
We are looking for SME Sales Officer- Contractual
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, acquiring, managing new business and also achieving monthly business target as per approved KPI.
- Increasing the new customers base and develop Sales strategies for SME business.
- Managing monthly sales matrix as assigned by the division.
- Handling sales campaign.
- Supporting the relevant authority in order to recover NPL of own asset portfolio (if required).
- Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower.
- Prepare daily call / sales report (Daily/weekly/monthly).
- Ensuring best customer service for both internal and external customers.
Qualification
Educational Requirements
Minimum Post Graduate, preferably from Business discipline
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience on foreign trade in Banks
The applicants should have experience in Foreign Exchange & Remittance
Other Qualifications
Strong analytical skills
Customer service experience
Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
